Why have a Gas Inspection?

  • The supplier of any gas bottles/gas meter requires a gas compliance certificate before gas can be issued

  • The owner is then responsible to bring the system up to standard which can be costly depending on the defects

  • Gas works that have been carried out by an unlicensed person normally voids home insurance if any issues arise

What's included?

  • Pressure test of the gas system for leaks

  • Inspection for compliance of all fixtures

  • Inspection for correct pipe sizing

  • Inspection for correct location of bottles in relation to ignition sources

  • Inspection for whole overall correct compliance

  • Issue of gas compliance certificate if compliant
